Holy Week 2020 Devotional

As we now enter the high point of the Christian calendar known as Holy Week, we ask that you would join us in daily prayer and reflection for all that the Lord has done for us. Each day this week we will have a short devotional to help us to put our focus back on the Lord. Use the link above to join us in this devotion.

I want to invite you every Wednesday night at 8pm for a live prayer meeting and on Sundays at 10am for our Sunday service. We stream both of these on Facebook, but you may also access our Sunday services on YouTube. Come back here often to find out other ways you can stay connected to your faith community.

In light of the covid-19 virus, here is our latest update on how we move forward during this time of enhanced health concerns.

First of all

We all must remember that God is in control. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7) He knows what we will face, and He will always be our good shepherd. We rely on God and make sound decisions regarding the challenges we face with the wisdom God affords us. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Executive Pastor Chuck Lindholm at 503-422-0777 or chuck@newsongpdx.com.

Let’s take advantage of this time to rally together as the body of Christ for one another and for our city with the hope and peace that the Lord offers. We are putting together Care Teams to help those (such as single parents, and those who are at risk who cannot leave home). Please email or call the church office (we are checking voicemails). 503-493-1301 or info@newsongpdx.com
