Dear Brothers and Sisters at New Song and beyond,

Our Wednesday prayer and exhortation night has been moved to a PRAYER WALK 7pm-7:30. We will meet on the lawn in front of the community center. Please join us as we walk and pray around the church building and block for our church, neighbors, city, peace, church re-opening and multiple prayer requests.

We will be practicing social distancing and asking that people wear masks (we will have some disposable masks available for those who don’t have one).

For those of you who cannot make it we will still be broadcasting live on Facebook, but we encourage everyone who can make it to be here Wednesday night, June 3rd promptly at 7pm.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.”2 Corinthians 10:4

In light of the covid-19 virus, here is our latest update on how we move forward during this time of enhanced health concerns.

First of all

We all must remember that God is in control. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7) He knows what we will face, and He will always be our good shepherd. We rely on God and make sound decisions regarding the challenges we face with the wisdom God affords us. Let’s take advantage of this time to rally together as the body of Christ for one another and for our city with the hope and peace that the Lord offers. We are putting together Care Teams to help those (such as single parents, and those who are at risk who cannot leave home). Please email or call the church office (we are checking voicemails). 503-493-1301 or
